Aufgaben

Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung und Konfiguration unserer digitalen Lösungen für Kunden.
Zur schnellen Fehlerbehebung bist Du für das Troubleshooting und Incident-Management zuständig.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Dokumentation und die Erstellung technischer Anleitungen.
Die Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Optimierung der Cloud-Infrastruktur gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
Du arbeitest an Monitoring- und Logging-Lösungen mit.
Darüber hinaus bist Du an der Automatisierung und Optimierung von Entwicklungs- und Betriebsprozessen beteiligt.

Profil

Du befindest Dich in einem Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder in einem verwandten Bereich.
Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste Erfahrungen, z. B. im Rahmen von Praktika, in einem Start-up oder technologieorientierten Unternehmen sammeln.
Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ermöglichen Dir eine professionelle Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Kontakten.
Du bist "tech-affin" und kannst Dich somit schnell und eigenständig in neue Technologien einarbeiten.
Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbanken, Linux und Programmiersprachen setzen wir voraus.

Your mission

You will support the implementation and configuration of our digital solutions for customers.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and incident management in order to resolve errors quickly.
You will be responsible for documentation and creating technical instructions.
Your tasks will also include supporting the administration and optimisation of the cloud infrastructure.
You will work on monitoring and logging solutions.
In addition, you will be involved in the automation and optimisation of development and operational processes.

Your profile

You are currently studying (business) informatics, engineering, natural sciences or a related field.
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience, e.g. as part of an internship, in a start-up or technology-orientated company.
Your written and spoken German and English will enable you to communicate professionally with our international contacts.
You are ‘tech-savvy’ and can therefore familiarise yourself quickly and independently with new technologies.
Basic knowledge of databases, Linux and programming languages is a prerequisite.
